Potato 250 GMs ,onion 50 GMs (1 no) , tomatoes 1/2 no (20 GMs) turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon, green chilli 2 no’s, ginger small piece , salt to taste ,               For tempering: Mustard 1 teaspoon, urud dal 1 teaspoon, bengalgram dal1 teaspoon (option) curry leaves 2sprigs .
